GeeLit (@thereal.geelit on IG) is the dopest (and only) female member of the GODS Music Group collective and with her lusty new single “Come Thru” she provides listeners with the perfect sounds to totally vibe out to.
The track, produced by THAIBEATS (@thaibeatsnet on IG), presents smoothly auto tuned vocals from GeeLit as well as a feature from Va Beach artist AUD (@therealaud on IG). When asked about the inspiration behind the track, Gee states “My songs are always about someone or an experience I had with someone. The inspiration behind this song was some great sex I had. I want that shit again . So I made this song for that person & they like it. I just want ppl to be able to relate to my music & use it to help them express themselves.”
Gee also shared that a visual for the track is in the works and will be released soon. Check out “Come Thru” here!
From his recent project “THG”, DMV artist GRXZZLY has just released a visual for his song “Ghee’d Up”; a song all about keeping it real and staying true to yourself, something GRXZZLY is no stranger to.
With this release, GRXZZLY gives the same hard hitting energy that we received earlier last heat in the “GoldMxnd Freestyle” visual and definitely stays true to his lyricist ways. In addition to strong lyricism, GRXZZLY keeps things interesting on the track by using a plethora of flows and styles all while staying true to his original sound. When GRXZZLY gets on a beat you can tell that he really has fun with it and challenges himself to see what he can do on the track, something that definitely keeps listeners coming back for more. His new album “THG” is available on all major streaming platforms.

The end of the year is always an interesting time for music. With a little under two months left in the year, its always interesting to see what tricks artists have up their sleeve to close the year out. Recently, artist G RIEL has shown signs of closing the year out strong with the release of his new visual for his track “Sum Slight”
On the track the Winchester based artist delivers diverse flows in an extremely cohesive manner over the intricacies of the beat (produced by Cxdy & Wxlfstealth). From G RIELs brash delivery to his witty (sarcastic, even) punchlines, there is just something about G RIELs presentation on this track that screams “banger”.

Def Corp artist Rari, who is arguably one of the best lyricists in VA, shocked us all with his lyrical abilities months ago on his song “Rari Effect” is now back with a new release entitled “The Realest”.
The song is produced by Blasian Beats and gives a deeper look into the artists struggle, how he overcame obstacles and his determination to make it in the game. Rari is one of many creatives who is a part of the Def Corp collective which is led by High Def Razjah, the mastermind behind songs such as “Take It Or Leave It” by Rae Sremmurd as well as “Let It Go” by ASAP Ferg. The collective is planning many things for the upcoming months, the release of “The Realest” being the first.

Earlier this year V0n Skee released his track “Again” (featuring King Joey & produced by D L0wk3y ) on SoundCloud (listen here). After the seeing that the song received quite the buzz from fans, recently the artist has returned with a release of a visual for the track.
The Newport News artist really prides himself in his ability to create music that really captures how life is coming up in his city. The visual is shot by Deddy MoBucks, another talented individual from Newport News who has done a lot of visuals for Virginia artists. After the release of the visual the artist appears to be on a hiatus from releasing new content but he has stated that he does have plenty of music in the vaults that he is planning on releasing in the near future.

After a long hiatus from performing, Breezepark has kicked off the summer off by headlining their very own show at the NorVa this past weekend. The Suffolk based collective, who has just released their new project “Bloom”, had generated quite a buildup around this event and anyone lucky enough to be in attendance would certainly agree that they did not disappoint.
The concert itself was a perfect reflection of the group themselves, being that it was very high energy, top quality and extremely diverse. The lineup for the show was quite impressive and versatile featuring artists such as IIIDAZE, another up and coming collective from the VA area who has gained a lot of attention from the recent release of their “Night Shift” visual, as well as iLPackMob, a more seasoned collective who have come to be known as a favorite in the 757 area. Other artists on the lineup included Laws, FullMetalParkas and Zara Bash who is also featured on Breezeparks song “Paradise”. The sounds for the evening were provided by DJs Andre Palace and Ril McCoy, both of which did an incredible job of keeping the energy flowing for the entire duration of the show.
Overall the event made for a great evening. Each artist and group brought out their own following which contributed to a very diverse audience full of fans, who at the end of the night, did not leave disappointed.

Lately Vonsensei has created quite the buzz for himself regarding his musical endeavors. The artist has recently received 1,000,000 plays on his song “Henny”, which was only released 2 years ago. Within that time the artist has really done a tremendous job of giving fans constant content and showing his diversity as an artist while staying true to his unique style.
“Staring and Smiling” is the artists newest single. A notable feature of this track is that on this track (which is produced by Andre Palace) the artist switches things up doing a sing-songy rap type flow, a new musical approach for the artist. Overall, the song provides a seductive sound that listeners can vibe to and is great for summer.
