Emo singer Max Felker has just released his new project “Who Hurt You”. The three track project has a style similar to that of Lil Peep or Lil Xan and showcases Felkers ability to display emotion and transparency in his music.
In “Why”, the first track of the project, Felker questions the nature of his trials and tribulations by asking the age old question “Why me?”
The second song of the track “Die Young” is probably the darkest track of the project. On this song Felker speaks on dealing with internal turmoil and some pretty dark yet relatable topics such as depression and suicide.
In the last song of the track “Another Life” Felker gives listeners a sort of testimony about his story of how he overcame the trials discussed in the previous songs. Felker closes out the project by showing listeners that even though life has a way of putting you in some very dark, depressing situations, as long as you don’t give up on yourself and continue to keep pushing, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.
